Cancellation Policy

At Owen’s Jeep Rental , we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To help accommodate your needs, we’ve created the following cancellation policy:

Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% charge of the total rental fee.
No Show:
- If you do not pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date without prior notification, the full rental fee will be charged.
Early Returns:
- If you return the car earlier than the agreed rental period, no refunds will be provided for the unused days.
Weather or Emergency Cancellations:
- In cases of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies (such as natural disasters), we will assess each situation individually and may offer full or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by email and/or phone. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent at that time. If you need to change your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your new dates.

Our experience with Owen's was terrific, and we ended up using Owen's rather than the car rental company based on our vacation villa property.  The ladies who handled the reservation as well as the pick-up and drop-off of the car were incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel like they really appreciated our business. The beautiful blue 2 door jeep was newer and very clean. The communication with them before and after booking was the most pleasant I have ever encountered.  They even delivered the jeep to us for a small fee. Will definitely rent from Owen's again when we are back on the island.
